Every person’s experience is unique, and so is the way we work together. Whether you are looking for individual psychotherapy, neurodiversity-affirming support, relationship therapy, or animal-assisted sessions with my wolfdogs, each service is grounded in compassion, flexibility, and respect for your individual rhythm.

I am a highly qualified and experienced Psychotherapist, Relationship Therapist, Coach, Supervisor, and academic. My work brings together clinical expertise, research knowledge, and a deep respect for each person’s individual experience.

Hannah Fenrir MA, MBACP (Accred).
I am a psychoanalytically informed Psychotherapist, Relationship Therapist, Coach, Supervisor, and academic. My practice is rooted in both clinical experience and academic study, drawing on a broad range of therapeutic models to meet each client’s individual needs.

I am a Registered Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. I am also a Member of BACP Coaching.

My continued professional development includes training in Child Analysis, CBT, Gestalt, Sexology, Relationship Therapy, and Coaching, which I integrate where appropriate within my clinical work. I also hold a Designated Lead Child and Adult Safeguarding Certificate.

My research interests include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), particularly combat trauma; post-partum depression and its relation to parenting styles; suicidality; psychoanalytic approaches to autism; and the intersection of occultism and parapsychology.
​
Before entering private practice, I worked as a Psychotherapist within the NHS as part of a Community Mental Health Multi-Disciplinary Team (CMHT), supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health difficulties and levels of severity.
Approach
My approach is integrative, allowing flexibility and fluidity depending on the needs and experiences of each individual. I believe everyone is unique, and that different styles of therapy work for different people. I see each person as the expert on themselves, and together we find a way of working that feels most beneficial and true to them.
I come from a long line of shamanic and occultist practitioners and, where appropriate, I integrate this intuitive heritage into the therapeutic process.
Location
My practice is based in a quiet rural setting within the Suffolk area, offering a peaceful and private environment ideal for therapeutic work. Both in-person and online sessions are available, providing flexibility and accessibility for clients locally, across the UK, and internationally.
Ample parking is available for in-person appointments.
